Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you give us and what a website needs to run: the name, business, email address and message you submit through the contact form, plus basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to deliver and support the work you engage us for, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

We process contact data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where a contract is in place, processing is necessary to perform that contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs and afterwards only where law requires it.

Processors

We use reputable third parties for hosting, email and analytics. They process data on our instructions only and are bound by their own data-protection commitments.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email iron@ironwellco.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
